My name is Ted Nida, relative of the Venerable Wanda Nida. I was a paralegal.
Your treatment of Jan Lupco is beyound disgusting. I could be wrongbut statutes of limitations
is one year when it comes to filing a lawsuit against state institutions 
like John Stroger Hospital where myrelative was mistreated. Cook county is state jail 
& one year expired on March 17 2019. Lupco & his ma called & emailed 
you 100 times in regardsto filing this crucial lawsuit by December 31 2018.Y
OU SIR DID NOT DO A DAMN THING FOR LUPCO. 
You defended him withidiotic Triton lawsuit that was going nowhere 
from the beginning,October 13 2018, the day of the arrest. You think you did Lupco a great favor, 
wow. Same thing with spending "countless" hours reasearching the FERPA laws. 
Triton did not have probable cause & whatever librarian said NEVER HAPPENED. 
Lupco said no librarian ever approached him & Triton cop gave him a warning 
on November 16 2002, notto come to school again but he never said Lupco 
is not to come permanently& that cop is long gone. 
THERE IS NO PAPER TRAIL OF ANY OF THAT. BUT GUESS WHAT? 
The current Triton PresidentMary Tylor Moore who was dean of students 
at that time accepted Lupco back toschool & he had Math For Nurses in 2004.
 Afterwards he was kicked out for goodfor telling match teacher to stop talking 
about nazi airplanes & startteaching students instead. You are to file lawsuit against 
Triton immediately!If you can not file lawsuit against Cook County because one year 
is long goneyou owe Lupco big time. Not only that he lost good money but justice 
was NOT SERVED. Lupco wanted to send a message to state prosecutorsnot to screw 
with innocent people. Lupco was sent to jail 3x becauseof standing up for his rights, 
beliefs & principles. The Triton arrest happened for a reason & you do not want to realize
 that & you do not want to admit you are dead wrongabout suing Triton. 
Do not try to contact me, yell at me & tryto convince me otherwise!Im 
including a copy of a letter I sent to Northeastern University.
I want Lupco back in that school. You can find copy of full letter 
on encyclopediasupreme.org You are to represent Lupco with CPS & CCC as well.
These cases can not & will not wait anymore!!
Lupco wasted at least 18 months waiting on you. After he was found not guilty on all 10 BS charges,
they kept him in jail at least 61 days too long and they wanted to keep him much longer as this proves
malicious prosecution. You were nowhere around to make wrong right. You had too many chances
and that will never, ever be forgiven nor forgotten!!!

Of course and then you dont spend much time on any of them as you screw all of them.
