- How Does Execution Method by Inert Gas & Other Procedures Work ?
                - Is it Truly Humane, Painless, Reasonably Inexpensive ?
       ========================================================================

        U.N. wants to abolish the death penalty but they are forgetting
vast majority of all abortions performed are pure murder of an innocent children but
an execution of a murderer or rapist is not murder, the innocent blood 
cries to Lord for true justice and revenge, it is acceptable and God 
approves of it, providing it's done properly, after a trial that did not 
consist of victims' testimonies alone but backed with solid physical, 
non-circumstancial evidence. The Bible says: "And he that kills any man shall surely
be put to death." Leviticus 24:17. This means if murder was premediated in cruel way, cold
blood, it's ok to take life in return but the execution must be an act of justice, 
not revenge. Death penalty is the integral part of justice system when certain evil 
crimes are committed but an execution must also be performed in a humane way. 
What I'm proposing here is not hypothesis nor theory but proven reality based
on science, on strong, concrete facts:
 
        The three drugs used for execution in U.S. come in the following cocktail: 
1. Sodium penthanol (thiopental trade name, short acting barbiturate unlike
Pentobarbital which lasts little longer) injection causes sleep. It's an
anesthetic agent, it acts rapidly, induces a relaxed state but it does not last long.
2. then Pancuronium bromide is injected, it stops respiration; and finally 
3. Potassium chloride is injected, it stops the heart. 
There is usually one minute intermission between each drug and use of pancuronium
bromide should be illegal. The American Veterinary Association
branded this chemical inhumane, cruel to ANIMALS. But it's still used on people, amazing!
This method definitely belongs under Cruel & Unusual Punishment criteria/category.
As far as animals go & especially poultry. Im proposing Controled Atmosphere 
Killings for animals using Inert Gas. Most of European slaughterhouses use that method. 
It's safer for everyone, healthier, certainly more humane. 
Chickens especially are treated like crap, egg laying hens even get 
their beaks cut off (without anesthesia) so they lay more eggs. 
These animals are cramped in very little space, cage. They do not have access
to sun light, they live in dark, again these dark methods are used just to get 
most out of these animals. This is barbaric treatment.
Egg factories like Tyson, Purdue are absolute shame. How come
horses are not allowed to be killed for food in USA? Why are they 
special animals, do they feel less pain? Horses have been eaten everywhere 
since forever, who'll tell hungry person not to do it? Don't be surprised 
that new law will make natural hunger & thirst illegal.
To add insult to injury, if rooster chick is born, he is immediately killed, 
since there is no use for him; no meat, no eggs. People should not buy meet 
from slaughterhouses that do not display sign they used CAK procedure.

   Potassium Chloride - Potassium ion is the principal intracellural component of
most body tissues. Potassium ions participate in a number of essential
physiological processes, including the maintenance of intracellural tonacity,
the transmission of nerve impulses to the heart, the contraction of cardiac, 
skeletal muslces, maintanance of renal function, smooth muscle. For Hyperkalemia 
patience, serum potassium can produce cardiac arrest.
Not too many people know of these facts. 

        There are serious concerns to lethal injection method... 
Doctors may say the condemned does not fel he is suffering
but I disagree... Numerous tests have shown condemned faces turning purple,
brown, blue mostly due to lack of oxygen (the drug disables lungs to breathe) and 
even if they were in induced coma they must feel something.
Some drug users don't even have veins, it's hard to find them, then execution 
gets botched and the condemned feels the pain (well big deal, but it's messy). 
Sometimes it's hard to find a vein or a vein is missed, blood messes up the 
whole place or execution goes wrong some other way, then you have to find 
a qualified person who has permission to do injections, etc...
And it does not get any sillier than this:
I don't know what kind of idiots wipe the arm or leg that is 
about to be punctured, so idiotic and ignorant... is that going to bring 
infection to the condemned person ? Wow, what a caring display... Idiots, hypocrites!
Infection to the nurse ? Not to the nurse, she/he is protected. They say this 
is required so it's safe, germ free for the person doing it, oooooo - shut up !!!
Besides, the nurse has sterile gloves on its hands and mask on its face.
This protection is more than sufficient.
                                                                                                                               
        I do not know why they have to use 3 stupid drugs to kill, why not just
one that will put the condemned to sleep and also kill him within 2 minutes.
What's the deal with this nonsense ? As of July 2006 Ohio introduced new 
method of lethal execution, before execution veins are to be found, they 
must remain open, extra execution place must be available in case if something 
goes wrong. Bull-crap, let's just cut all of this nonsense and simply finish the 
job with a bullet to the head or firing squad is still acceptable and should
not be considered as a form of cruel and unusual punishment. But some
groups will always claim otherwise. Death penalty should be implemented 
for serious crimes only & Texas needs to change it's stupid, idiotic executions, 
they are overdoing it, they killed some innocent and/or retarded people,
sure they'll deny it, but it's all true. One can get death penalthy there just
because he was in a gang that killed someone even if one was not the killer.
        McVeigh received lethal injection for killing almost 170
(including an unborn baby, strange US is pro abortion but this was somehow a murder?)
people including around 10 CIA agents (they also kill but who cares, this risk
comes with the job they chose) and many others receive the same procedure
for killing just one person even if it was moment of rage... therefore, there 
is no justice in this 'justice system.' All the world should accept the death penalty 
especially for mass/serial murderers, rapists. Singapore hangs people
for smuggling even small amount of drugs but as long as 
those morons have to do it don't do it in this cruel way. Besides as 
long as there is demand for drugs, nothing will stop the black market. 
In China, the "great just government" will execute you even for tax evasion.
Hanging is not getting rid of the root of the problem. Hanging is for 
worse kind of criminals. For a proven rape of a victim who is below 16, 
automatic death penalty should be implemented EVERYWHERE, especially if 
the victim was a virgin. As far as death penalty for drug sale...
This is pure crap/shame what Singapore is doing. Shame on them. I doubt
they will ever stop drug use. But death penalty is something that 
even God demands it, justice seeks it, victims cry for it. It's as simple as that.

        The U.S. Supreme court has upheld executions by hanging, firing squad,
electric chair and even by gas chamber - despite the pain they may cause but
has left unettled the issue of whether the pain is unconstitutionally excessive.
The current lethal injection procedure is not painless. At least six people
executed at San Quentin might have been conscious when they were executed
but were unable to say anything because of the paralyzing substances.
Why do we need all three chemicals and all the ugly mess ? 
A large, fatal doze of sedatives should be used instead. It may take a
little longer to kill, it's humane, pretty much painless and dead is dead !

        Note: Death Penalty must be administered only if there is strong evidence
of guilt and never alone on witness testimony like in June 2000 Texas
execution of Graham where he was put to death based on a shaky evidence of
one witness. Not even if there were 1000 witnesses, death penalty should not 
be implemented. There may be a microscopic chance something is wrong and law was
manipulated by people who have something to gain. Minorities and poor people
can not afford good lawyers, so they only get left overs, lawyers nobody
wants to use, with bad reputation and records. Uncaring individuals with 
their minds already set that their clients are guilty as hell.
That includes bad prosecutors amd judges who want to get recognition 
and advancement of their pathetic ego-centered, unaltruistic careers. 
That's why in 2003 Illinois governor George Ryan pardoned all the people 
scheduled to die, that was ok, but at least 10% of those individuals 
deserved to die.

                HUMANE EXECUTION, DRUGS & PROCEDURE:
               ---------------------------------------

        Best type of execution is simply to put somebody to sleep
with overdose of sleeping agents, preferably in gas form. Like Chloroform,
which causes irregular heartbeat and stops the heart. Chlorofom is 
\nephrotoxic and hepatotoxic agent. It has a pleasant odor and its 
pretty much painless, first it puts you to sleep then you die. 
Less pain, less cost, less worry, less controversy and most 
importantly it's more humane. Wrapping the delivery mask (available 
at military surplus or medical supply stores) around 
the face of the condemned on a gourney or putting him/her inside gas chambers
and releasing the gas would be the procedure. The execution staff should be 
safe from poison being released into the air, due to gas mask. Gas is better
than injection. Some condemned people have years of drug abuse and it's
hard to find good vein, besides it's safer. Helium is available at party supply
store, industrial gas suppliers.
        Execution can also be administered orally with nitrogen.
I would prefer using the gas mask. Attach it to the condemned's face, 
leave the room and wait for death. And as far as lethal injection goes, 
simply using one drug should suffice. Opponents of one drug system claim 
it would take too long to die, that is not true (check update below, proving my point). 
But Nitrgoen Asphyxiation is a unique way to kick the bucket. The victim does not 
experience choking sensation or a burning urge to breathe, he breaths normally. 
Carbon Dioxide is not building up in his bloodstream, so he never realizes that 
anything is wrong; he simply passes away when blood oxygen falls too low. 
If properly administered, death will come within 15 minutes or less!
        Sodium Pentobarbital (might be mixed with Cyanide/Arsenic for 
the worst offenders, but then that is Cruel and Unusual Punishment)         
is a sedative that causes rapid loss of consciousness followed by death, 
using this method in any form may also be the most humane way to execute 
the condemned. Chemicals like Chloroform, Argon, Helium, Nitrogen usually bring 
painless death by asphyxia, oxygen gets replaced in the blood & the whole body. 
People start showing signs of asphyxia when the concentration of these gases
is around 30%, sever symptoms at around 50%, death at around 75%. Helium and 
Hydrogen raises the pitch of voice, hit is flammable (check out what happened to Hindenberg balloon).
Argon, Butane, Carbon Dioxide are heavier that oxygen and may displace it
from the bottom of closed spaces; it may even happen in open spaces that are protected from wind.
Inert gases are always colorless, odorless, not irritating and they are humane 
means of desposing the organism. Nitrogen and Helium are part of air we breathe. 
In fact, nitrogen comprises 78 percent and argon (for welding, plumbers) is 0.9 % of
sea-level air, 21 % is oxygen. Other gases are present on microscopic levels:
Carbon Monoxide 0.3%, Neon, Argon 0.9%, Krypton, Hydrogen, Helium 0.5% (7 times lighter than air). 
Lighter than air: Helium is 7 times lighter than air, carbon monoxide is 3%, Nitrogen is 1.8%.
Inert Gas Gravity: 1.251 grams per liter, Helium 0.178, Oxygen 0.129, Argon 0.967 
 
        Argon is 25% heavier than air, it's dangerous in closed, stagnant places (underground).
When breathing these gases, they suck out the Oxygen, an organism looses 
consciousness, falls asleep and peacefully (more or less) goes away and 
is no more. Helium does not require large tanks to be rented 
or purchased. It displaces oxygen in the brain & lungs, resulting in quick 
unconsciousness and peaceful death in a few minutes. In experiments with 
animals, these insert gases there was no evidence of noticeable distress 
from asphyxia. They became unconscious after 1-2 minutes, die after 4-6 
minutes. The main hazard of this is possibility of brain damage if the 
process is interrupted. Unlike breathing carbon dioxide, it produces 
no air hunger od adverse sensation. Nitrogen and possibly Helium can not 
easily be traced in an organism, it's pretty much undetectable, 
especially in a dying person; since body is losing oxygen
anyways. Nitrogen inhalation decreases oxygen available to the person 
hastening death. Death comes with no apparent discomfort, but that depends 
which inert gas is used. It's similar to Nitrogen Narcosis, it happens when 
a diver is below 25 meters of water. To avoid the intoxicating effects of 
high pressure nitrogen 90% helium and 10% oxygen mix is used in deep water diving.
I propose similar mix fot executions, 90% Nitrogen, 10% Helium. Pure
nitrogen seems to easy and should be reserved for controled atmosphere killings (CAK) of
animals for food, especially for poultry. Most of Europe uses it, time for America &
rest of the barbaric world. Oxygen saturation should not be more than 2%. 
Birds will not exhibit stress or pain. Birds will even willingly enter the 
sleepomg chamber to feed. In addition to animal welfare aspect, CAK should also
provide improved meat quality when compared to different types of execution methods.

        Death by Barbiturates:
Pentobarbital (Nembutal trade name), Tuinal (combination of Seco and Pento), 
Secobarbital (Seconal trade name). Nembutal is most lethal barbiturate (thiopental
brings coma onset fastest), seconal is almost as powerful. It's hard to get these drugs, 
they are controled substances. Suicide pill is mostly made from these sedatives.
It's also now available in liquid form but it may be preceded by antiemetic 
medication, it can be vomited, it must be ingested quickly. 
The stuff is extremely bitter, sour and should be mixed with syrup, 
sugar or honey. All of these are barbiturates, they are sleeping-hypnotic agents. 
THE THREE DRUGS COCKTAIL SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, PENTOBARBITAL ALONE WILL KILL WITHIN
15 MINUTES OR LESS NOT WITHIN 30 MINUTES AS SOME IDIOTS WRONGLY SUGGEST.
There are also many more different agents and many are painful or uncomfortable. 
But one is worth consideration: Beuthanasia Special; 
In addition to the pentobarbital, another powerful chemical called
phention sodium is added to the solution. The phention sodium is a cardiotoxic
drug. When sodium phention is integrated with pentobarbital, it becomes 
synergistic, thus a powerful solution. When it's injected intravenously into a 
living being, a rapid loss of consciousness occurs, respiratory depression 
follows and cardiac standstill occurs, the subject dies pretty much peacefully.
IR Methadone (or similar drug but methadone is cheapest, except for Nitrogen) 
and IR Morphine (both 300mg 20 15mg) would also do the trick well.
Death comes in 20 to 50 mins.
        The median interval between ingestion and death varies by medication
and dose. Death knocked on eternity's door within half an hour when 
9 gm (grams) of secobarbital were used. An hour when 9 grams of 
pentobarbital (pentobarbitone-nembutal) were taken, 15 minutes when 10 gms 
were used. Falling unconscious usually required 5 minutes and death 
came within 20 minute, thus 25 minutes total for half of the suiciders.
But for some death came within 15 hours. It depends if proper dosage had been 
taken, if taken alone, with food or not. It also depands how strong an
organism is. Euthanasia should always be allowed anywhere but only when 
the patient is suffering and does not have much time left on this earth;
less than 6 months and at least two doctors in the same field agree 
that the situation is hopeless.
Dying animals could also be executed with these finer methods.
        Well, there you have it folks: Proper drugs, procedure and stories behind 
the controversial death penalty and its unnecessary 3 drugs "cocktail".
There are many controversial things in life. Death penalty is one of them
but unlike abortion, which is truly murder, death penalty is not, it is 
justified by common law of the land and the law of God which may demand it.
(At the end of the day, nobody will be able to argue against it when the
day of judgement arrives, the rich, the bad, the evil doers, the well 
spoken will not escape it or trick it or use loop holes to escape 
on silly technicalities). The spilled blood of the innocent cry to 
the heavens for revange. We should do what's right but we should do 
it humanely, properly. We should not fall to the level of those we are 
executing, if we do, we are worse than them. By using my method, 
we show we are above them by getting rid of them humanely. 
        Inert gases are needed to sustain life, but they can also cause death.
(e.g. Nyon in Cameroon, August 1986, over 1700 people died due to asphyxia, 
at least many of them died in their sleep, not knowing anything)
They are not poisonous and lungs have something to inhale, exhale,
thus minimally traumatic. That is, they will not cause feelings of suffocation
(mostly due to carbon dioxide buildup, not lack of oxygen) or hemorrhages,
caused by high blood pressure from blocked jugular vein or struggling to
breathe against closed airway passage. Thus Nitrogen, Helium, Argon asphyxiation
is great method of execution. 
 
        Since these inert gases are not poisonous and lungs have
something to inhale, such asphyxias will be minimally traumatic. That
is, they will not cause fealings of suffocation (which are due mostly
to carbon dioxide buildup, rather than lack of oxygen) or hemorrhages
(caused by high blood pressure from blocked jugular vein or struggling
to breathe against a closed airway). Thus Nitrogen, Helim, Argon asphyxiation
is perfect method of execution. Asphyxians, especially the ones mentioned above
are cheap mediums and nobody gets hurt (except the condemned), another benefit
to inert gas execution is that the executed subject can even donate his/her 
organs to those in need. Nitrogen is pretty cheap, Nitrogen generators are 
available everywhere. it is univerally available working medium that pretty 
much requires no special enviromental precautions for its storage or disposal.
It simply disperses into atmosphere/air.
         
         This article is for educational purposes on euthanasia, to inform,
to improve the wrong & botched approach towards legally executing people.
This article does not encourage euthanasia or suicide. This article encourages
death penalty by inert gases or barbiturate injection or pill, the article
does not support inhumane silly three drugs cocktail. Inert gas is the most
humane way to execute, next to it is barbiturate/pentobarbital pill, injection.
        Euthanasia, suicide are only acceptable (morally or otherwise)
if an individual is truly and fully sick and if he/she has less than 6 months 
to live. Living through another day is a blessing and a gift people need to respect.
Be careful when you deal with machinery of death!

Additional info: 

        Nitrogen is used to prevent corrosions in metal chambers.
Nitrogen first stops brain function, brain stops breathing, then the heart stops.
If the dying person gets Oxygen, he may revive but his brain most likely be dead
& he will spend rest of his life in vegetative state. That's one important
thing Nitrogen Asphyxiation proponents never mention.
CO causes sweating, hot sensations, thus creates redish skin color.
        Many say all inert gases are equally lethal in power without any 
serious side effects, with time frame of inducing asphyxia.
But it's not so with Helium, the gas replaces oxygen in vocal chords and 
voice becomes Mickey Mouse like squeeky. So if condemend wants to talk, 
he'll sound goofy. That's inappropriate. Some say coldness may be another factor (excuse)
not to use this procedure? Is helium coldest of inert gases ? Such 'cold' will 
not freeze the condemned to death. Coldness is minor issue with inert gases.

A little bit but coldness is not issue with inert gases.

90% Nitrogen, 10% Argon would be good combination, also it gives 2 
relatives a shot at justice (especially if the convict is mass/serial killer)
by pressing 2 bottons/switches! The mixture is better combination too.

        Update:

On December 8 2009, Kenneth Biros made history, he was executed in Ohio using one drug method.
Contrary to popular opinion, he died with 10 minutes after ode dose (5mg) of
sodium thiopental began flowing into his vein. The 10 mins it took to die
was about as long as it has taken other inmates & elsewhere to succumbed to
the idiotic 3 drug cocktail, proving my point that one drug is better in more than one way.

        I propose global law that will never allow to execute an individual even
if million witnesses were present without physical proof linking the criminal directly to the crime!
- Executed, Lynched individuals in USA baseed on messy testimony of 
sole witness, most likely innocent:
Larry Griffin, Gary Grahan, Cameron Willingham + many others.
Prosecutors will never admit to any wrongdoing until they, their crimes & 
their kind are held accountable!
