USA is going down the drain. Our war in iraq is not giving us anything
good, this will be worse than a disaster in Vietnam which was a defeat
in military terms and all in political. Castro is still around, after 50 years,
he won too. Carter's new book is right, certain groups of people control
the media here, the dumb ass president who is a fundamenal jerk.
He wants to hear only what he thinks. As long as he is around, we are
screwed. Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney should be tried in Iraq for their war 
crimes. May I remind you 2 000 000 people (mostly young and new born)
died because of sanctions. Now 2/3 or a million Iraqis died becuase
US brought them "freedom"... What freedom ? As Archbishop Tutu said...
Sure, you can tell to a dead body now you are free. Free indeed.
I am simply telling you all these things to let you know. And you may
deal with this. Our founding fathers created the constitution for our
benefit, not to use loopholes in laws... So to get to the case in hand...
You say you were unable to block execution ? Nobody asked you...
Simply to move it to after Hajj holiday, that's all... why ?
SADDAM WAS MADE A MARTYR AND YOU ARE PARTIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT....
Saddam hanged at 6:05 am, already a holy day. Why are we making this guy
a martyr ? I am not defanding him, and I say life in prison was better...
But... I wish you made the decision and waited... Simply give Saddam extra 7
days, that's all... Well, at least he was given extra 12 hours... But
what about the appeal, how come that was not given. Did US break their own
laws ? It seems so... If he hangs, fine, but not only Holy days, it's
disrespectful to these holidays and yea, that was the culmination of
THE DAY OF SACRIFICE. Is Iraq better off ? No... Now, Baathists in their
time will organize attack on us soil, do we need that ? Are we preventing
anything ? No, hell no. They are patient, they have all the money in 
the world and if they join al quida, wow, more power to them...
This will and does affect people psychologically on big scale.
I know you judges need to follow the law, but law was made to be interpreted
according to one's faith, believe, reasoning, human heart, soul and emotions,
all different for different times. Whoever asks for stay of execution should
be given 5 weeks or more, if they are to die, they will die.
Life is precious, death can wait, at least in this life death is the
only thing that's just and nobody, ever, can escape it, those who escaped
law and justice on this earth will not get it in the next life and will
die miserably and people say AMEN. Go on search engines, type Saddam martyr,
go on his bath party websites, it's all there and filmed execution...
What good is that, only boosts his goals in the after life and what he 
stood for. He is not all that bad, there are many worse leaders in the world.
America is very hypocritical, when was the last time we had good leader ?
Reagan... yea, a little bit, Carter. That's all. Truman dropped 2 bombs,
blew the crap out of Japan, could have simply dropped on smaller cities
with same desired effects. What about american brutality in the war with
Phillipines? Well, I can write a book. But yea, little history
for ignorant people, there is so much ignorance it's amazing...
This is not what founding fathers envisioned and you can make some changes.
You had the authority to stop the exectution for a couple of days, that's
all, nobody asked anything more, just that and Iraq broke their puppet laws
too, executing somebody on religios holidays.. but it shows how weak they are
and how pathetic they are, worse than Saddam. In 1980's america supported
Saddam in the war with the Persians-Iran. Now what ? The world will not
forget that... I am not writing just to upset you, but to tell you how it
is, so you can tell others. It's time ignorant judges be more realistic, always!

on a very Holy Day, on the culmination day. This way he will be remembered
even more and more as a martyr. All the people at Hajj will mostly 
remember Saddam's death, not the pilgrimage nor the usual prayers.
No, who destroyed iraq in the first place, america and who had the right
to attack just like that ? If that was illegal, then how come it was legal
they held Saddam for 3.5 years, UNDER AMERICAN SUPERVISION, prisoner of war.
Shame on you and judges like that who kiss criminal Bush's ass.
You are responsible for the aftermath or for anything bad that can happen
here or with U.S. interests... Shame on all those who are ignorant of
other people's histories, try to impress their will on others and dont
listen to those smarter that they ever will be or religious leaders...
Pope JP2 warned bush and america this will have huge consequences for
generations to come and Israel is not safer, but total opposite, may be only
for the present, but who cares about short peace solutions?

Where is the law, america is on its path to self destruction as 
she asked for it, as she deserves... and even if terrorists strike
they may kill few 1000's, but stupid people are simply destroying themselves...
At least on pscyhological level, terrorists are doing well, winning.
And once that stays in our psyche, then what? Cant change the reality,
you can lie about it, but you are lying to yourself.
Higher judge wil judge us totally differently...
Bush said justice has been served, fair trial... O my God and what about
when he imprisons many innocent, keeps them in jail for many years,
has no evidence, no proof, they are deprived of food, sleep, light, etc...
You call that justice and fairness for all? LOL!
