After she deterimined that great injustice was done to our precious Wanda Nida
she refused to do anything else & in order to put the case to rest we requested 
from her to send (which she blatantly refused) the copy of her decision to 
Gottlieb Memorial "Hospital" which  should be renamed to 
Wanda Nida Memorial Hospital for reparations to her 
and her family, especially hurting grandson Jan, as we are all
greatly suffering to this day, just about 12 years 
after her tough demise due to negligence of their crappy "doctors" 
Maher M. Najjar and Meera G. Madappallil who most likely still works there, 
who needs to be fired immediately! You can read their crappy reviews on vitals.com,
ratemd.com, among many other sites. Most of their many negative reviews are in accordance with ours!!!

What we are requesting from you is to send The Decision of Investigation
that papers and documents sent to you against Gottlieb are on your and Gottlieb's 
permanent files, they are to be sent to Gottlieb (part of Loyola medicine) CEO 
and she/he must reply to you and to the emails below they acknowledge their mistakes and that your 
decision is on their permanent Wanda Nida files.
