                        OFFICIAL COMPLAINT OF MS. WANDA NIDA's FAMILY

        Ms. Laube, my son Jon wrote you letter in regards to Ms. Nida's care.
He sent you official complaint! This is Grace Catic, daughter of Ms. Wanda Nida.
We need you to independently investigate the treatment & death of my mother.
Why was she on breathing tube for so long? Dr. Najjar was informed
many times via fax & phone calls to put her on oxygen mask as of November 10
at the latest. You are aware her normal oxygen level was 85% (before hospital)! 
Was there something you guys could have done? You are aware she was 88.5? I know 
she was exhausted (by treatment too). But being bedridden with 
breathing tube only helps under certain circumstances! In her case it's likely
that damn tube caused her pneumonia. Kindly prove me wrong!

        As professionals, what do you know? 100% Nothing!
"Dr." Najjar & "Dr." Madapppallel are no doctors. They "graduated" from
correspondence schools in foreign countries. May be over there their 
procedure os to ignore family members but not elsewhere, not here!
Dr. Najjar was supposed to call my son, he never did. Dr. Madappallel did
but she hung up, before she hung up she said: "If you dont like this
hospital, take your grandmother & go somewhere else!" This crap can not be accepted, ever!

As far as Mark goes, he had no right to throw Jon into bushes like dog crap, 
but more importanly he scared me in the first place. My mother was dying & 
I was unable to concentrate when I was at her room when Mark came. I demand you fire
him asap or face lawsuits for for psychological/emotional damage + for pathetic patoemt care. 
How dare you keep freaks like that "who only do their jobs"? That's beyond shame!
Same goes for pathetic doctors who only care about collecting their pay checks.
If patient dies or lives they dont care, fact!
