Dear Mr. Sloan. I recently read the letters between you and Ljupco
published on the Internet from April of 99. Both my brother and I went
to high school with Ljupco, and he IS NOT the player he says he is. He
does a lot of correspondence chess, and that's why his rating is so
high. He also cheats using a computer. We have known him through
college, and he was always known as a cheater, even in high school.
How he ever got into the 1997 junior championships is beyond me, but
we all know that he is truly a FRAUD. He falsifies information and
illegally uses the mail for his fraud, a federal crime. If you ever
need information about Ljupco, I'm sure that I can find out anything
you need to know. If you know anything that my brother and I may not
be aware of, please inform us, as I will do likewise. We are currently
gathering information for a federal agency to prosecute him on mail
fraud, amongst other national crimes. We all know that Ljupco has
numerous aliases to try to gain entry into the chess world again, but
they have been doing a fabulous job of keeping him out. Thank you for
reading this letter, and I will inform you, if wanted, about future
meetings with Ljupco.
