7/11/2007 Hello Ms. Kreoger Jill... I am writing to comaplain to complain on Illinois Boxing Commission, it's chief Puccillo, John Lagatuta and the rest. I already complained with Lagatuta but the guy had no manners to reply. The problem is that the boxing commission failed to send me the application for the license and for promoting events. I told them to ship it to the correct address and to put down c/o wdca chess. It's not my fault they did not put c/o. Every time I called them they were rude. I also need permission from you now, i do not want to deal with them... I need to sanction 2 and 3 rounds bouts. I do not plan on having any fights soon, we are talking about 2008 at the earliest. But I want to be ready. I want to help boxing grow, I want to clear its image. Tell the chief commissioner and others I am working on introducing new fight system. It's mostly 2 and 3 round system, in some states up to 1940 this system was used for beginners. Not the 4 round system. In Australia to this day they have the 3 round system. I am including some copies and results of these fights. You can email me to rockymemorial@gmail.com and I can send you additional websites. I am close to your Milwaukee area. I am proposing using knee strikes, o no.... not martial arts mix but real boxing. Knee strikes would only be allowed in clinches and the knees need to be covered with knee pads. I am proposing knee pads in general because if you fall on your knees you can't continue. Just look at the Valuev-McCline match 1 20 2007. McCline was about to hit Valuev, he missed badly and destroyed the knee. Valuev had easy victory in 3 rounds and keep in mind this was world championship match. And it was a good one. Strange, before the fight I called the McCline people and told them what could happen and it did... I am proposing the importance of draws. Way too many fighters lose the bout on stupid decisions. For example... If one judge scores 115-113, but both judges have equal score for the other opponent, the bout is too close to call and must be called a draw. Any fight with the same or above score for one judge must be called draw. If one judge scores 115-115 but two others score 115-114, it's not a draw. But if the fight is scored 112-111, 111-112, 111-112 SD, it is the draw ! For example the following scores should be mandatory draws: 114-113 114-113 113-114... If it's 113-113 then it's not a draw but if there is difference of one point, it ought to be. One point equalized the score: 115-113 114 113 113 115 As you can see the 114 113 one point makes all the difference. Both 115 113 were given to each fighter by 2 different judges. Thus in both instances the difference is one point and that is way too close to give one fighter victory. The Illinois Boxing Commission is refusing to do anything. I am including some copies from 2 and 3 round bouts, they were sanctioned and they are legitimate. Keep in mind, according to Quenseberry rules, the true rules of boxing it does not matter how many rounds are there, as long as each round is 3 minutes and the fighters get paid in some way, the bout is real and it's not amateur, they use 2 minute format. Sincerely; John Lary and associates 312 924 1436 I need to hear from Daniel asap!
