How come judge brains gave the above crazy stowaway bird 6 months of house arrest
but Lupco wasn't given this chance?
This goes to show he has no idea what he is doing & he should not be
working as a judge overcrowding jails with innocent and/or sick people. He
gave her 6 months of house arrest & 2 years mental probation. He was not
able to give more than 6 months for misdemeanor because it is one year but
in reality it is half time. So, it seems this woman is "stable" but what
idiotic doctors aka shrinx came to that conclusion? Was it by doctor Neun
from Cook County jail?
How come Raines No Braines did not give Lupco additional year of
supervision? Why didn't "just" raines send jettisoned stowaway to jail?
Lupco's public comments on judge raines are very true &
accurate, filled with emotions, grief, disbelief, etc... My kindergarten

was sent to jail absolutely an innocent man. Actually he was sent 3x. One
thing lead to another & everytthing has to do with his incorrect cps/taft

team super bitch linda hogan & super asshole patrick j. rocks jr (who was
in charge of cps legal team) to help Lupco. They knew about me. Then I
called them again in 2015. I left silly voice mail for Hogan & everybody
thought it was Lupco violating his supervision. They just couldn't wait to
fuck him up. But they did not realize that the basic laws of physics exist
everywhere in the universe. Every action has its counter-action even if
it's delayed reaction. He only had few more months to go & all charges
would have been dropped & erased from his record. Also the arrest would
have been expunged. I wanted to come to court but Lupco thought he will
beat the charges. Also the judge from hell william b. raines no b-rains did
not agree to give me protection/immunity. If I was to say i called I would
go to jail. So that was out of the question, of course! Unfortunately Lupco
had idiot lawyer Christopher Buchcar nobody likes & nobody ever praised nor
recommended in such twisted criminal cases to defend him as proven

had no idea he was even alive in that court room on June 17 2015 & later on
October 30 2015, he was replaced with some proxy of disgraced & disbarred
lawyer daniel rozenstrauch, hedwig sarnicka. After Lupco served 90 days in
jail she arranged for mental health probation. Then on February 11 2016,
asshole cop thomas cotter in charge of cps security had nothing to do so he
reported Lupco to judge brains for violation of his supervision. Lupco
simply wanted to change his grades & he reminded the copper of his empty
promise. Thomas Cotter agreed with cps ceo (at the time) barbara byrd
bennett (who later spent time in federal prison) Lupco grades will be
changed. Lupco was in 7th heaven but assholes from cps legal department
linda k. hogan, patrick j. rocks, joseph t. moriarty stepped in & 
aborted the begotten fetus aka the life
of the case that could have prevented death; meaning Lupco going to jail
over absolutely nothing, over total absurdity & having criminal record
(even if it is misdemeanor class C) & his mugshots pemanently spread all
over internet. They became viral.
It is important to note that CPS assholes put Lupco in jail because bitch
linda hogan complained somebody wrote or call her trying to explain Lupco's
situation. They thaught it was Lupco or that he sent somebody to do his "dirty work"
as proxy. This couldnt be more farther from the truth,

Eventually he was sent to jail for breaking his supervision he plead no contest to.
Because of CPS, he was sent to jail for a total of 150 days, twice.
Imagine the pain his mother had to go through watching her only son being 
dragged out from court room as if he was some kind of 
garbage & then in the jail's bullpen security took down his golden chain & silver
medalions his grandma has in her casket. He is wearing that until the day he croaks
so he can be united & be closer to grandma. Security guard also teared out the
rope that was controling the hood of the jacket. Lupco's mother became very sick
because of these ordeals. She now has high blood pressure, diabetes, has serious
problems with knewws & joints & she barely walks. 
Brains found Lupco "guilty" on fabricated "evidence" that the email he sent, 
it's IP headers were exactly same as of Vesna's,
his long-term associate. THIS IS CORRUPTION BEYOND IMAGINING.
How did they know Vesna's & Mr. Steriev's IPs were exactly the same WHEN he NEVER CONTACTED CPS
VIA EMAIL IN THE FIRST PLACE? WOW & DUH!!!!! Of course, to this day judge william b-rains
does not know the difference between static & dynamic IPs & Lupco never had static IPs.
CPS representatives simply said that Lupco's "IPS & style of writing is similar" to whoever
& braines believed them & screwed him that eventually lead to many more problems with the law
when he was accused of trying to kill judge braines, instigated by copper thomas cotter.
Lupco lost total of 28 months of his life defending himself. Prosecutors knew they don't have
diddly-squat on him & always wanted to take some kind of deal but to plead guilty.
That is the american justice ladies & gentlemen, very corrupt.
About 15000$ was lost, money his mother had to borrow & to this day it's returened 
& who knows how much more Lupco's mother spent on special 'securitus'
phone system that only operates in incarceration joints. Prisons, jails, pharmacology
it all business in usa. When one dies because of its overdose nobody pays attention
because these big aglomerations have fixers to silent things, events & people
like Eddie Mannix & Howard Strickland did for MGM around the time when Adventures of

causes like getting a stroke or heart attack when Jesus appears to him to

harm. After Lupco's grandma Wanda died only his mother Grazyna (Grace) is
the closest relative he has in usa. Friends do not count like myself or
former Taft pal Spaz. Lupco does not have many close friends. Lupco & his
mom spent 15000$ on defense for both 2015 & 2016 cases. At least the
misdemeanor case was dropped so the felony could be processed. It goes to
