Due to stress to myself, 
I cant order records, because then I have to mail em to you. However,
let's work out solution.
Im going thru huge stress after her death. Im medicated at times. Hope
you understand. Didnt check mail for at least 5 weex.

Its very complicated. I dont even know where or how to start.
Stroger hospital did not treat her for edema, heart failure, from the beginning
and I have her notes that she wrote on Oct 8 in the hospital that she
was suspicious of something is available. They tried to force her to take comadin
which we & she flatly rejected. But that's not the point, point is she
felt they did not treat her. She came to hospital sick, she returned weaker
in ambulance. My heart is breaking when I think of this. I am left pretty
much all alone now. My mom is around, but she mostly spends time with her
dumb bum b/f I never talk to when Ms. Nida was alive & never will. He himself
should go to jail for verbal abuse against me & mom.
Im willing to meet but Im not paying anything. I will pay whatever is necessary
0nce the case goes to court. It will be hard to win with Gottlieb except for
verbal abuse, unduess stress done by Mark Cannon, security fag, scared my mom
while my grandma was in critical situation. Im including copy of the letter 
from dep. of prof. regulations. I also made several other complaints against
doctor Mahar Najjar, her primary pulmonary doc + Dr. Swapna who treated her at Stroger.
She was misdiagnosed at Stroger, so even if she was 120, we still have the case,
because they treated her for pneumonia which she had but that is no problem
for Ms. Nida because she was used to it, had pneumonia every other day.
They took too much blood out of her, made x rays of her chest but not of the
heart as other doctor Matthew Bielecki, her GMC physician who instructed 
to make, it was not done. So when she came home, lets were bloated, edema
was spreading. When we sent her to hospital it was too late. Then we have another
problem. How to sue, or settle out of court why her tube was not taken out
on 4th day. Check the stories, kevinmd.com breathing tune, metlife is workin
on stopping mechanical pneumonia. New American medical protocol says every hour
nurses must clean the breathin tube. In my grandmother's case, that was rarely done,
may be twice a day. Then of course bacteria from lungs, mouth, nose get inside
the lungs and create drug resistance pneumonia that kills. All these things
you can research on your own. It's all available. I will send you all I can
over time once we agree you will take on the case. Id like to settle on something
from Gottlieb because of her age & other diseases, we may not win but on
undue stress but we must try to scare em cuz way too many things were not done
right. But misdiagnoses is the most important things. Swapna from Stroger
did not prescribe appropriate drugs. My grandma was becoming weaker day to day
filled with water. I cant believer she did not make it to new year, that is
having huge emotional stress on me. It was most fucked up Christmas I ever had!
I hope you will not tell me get lost, good bye. Stroger records I can order
much easier & immediately mail em to you, they dont ask. But Gottlieb charges
so we must be very careful what we request, especially pertaining to her lungs
& Dr. Najjar who gave order to keep breathing tube. I must get justice for my
grandmother asap! She approved & told me while she was alive Stroger must be investigated,
but we need to deal with both hospital. We followed the advice of Swapna,
gave her medicine, but she only lowered the level. She should have prescribed
degoxin to strenghten heart muscles, she decreased diltiazem, flurosemide.
My grandmother raised me, as u know she was more important than my mom, she
was always there for me. Some day if I get married it will never be the same,
the care she gave me. Justice must be served fully!
Because of her death, my daily activities are curtailed, I can barely do
anything. For more information how lungs work in her case go on search engine
type yahoo answers what to oxygen stats mean, answered by ICU specialist,
this is exactly what Najjar didn't follow nor check her O2 capacity level
nor called us to consult. We were ignored 24-7 like crap & then some, by whole hospital.
We also told them (malpractice) on first day Ms. Nida needs her daily synthroid,
these can be proven by few different nurses that were told. What can we win? It's needed for the heart.It took those
idiots 6 days to give her, by that time pneumonia set it n it was too late.
So see what we can do here, may be simple letter to their administrative
office pointing their mistake can do something. I want to go after both
hospital with full force!

No justice served, where is it in America, where lawyers only want cheap/east shit cases?

REMEMBER, THEY MISDIAGNOSED HER, THEY TREATED HER FOR SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD
OF HEART CONGESTION THRU PROPER MEDICINE TO STOP FLUIDS FORMING, EDEMA, ALL
OVER. THIS IS STRONG CASE ANY COURT WILL HEAR N THEY WILL SETTLE OUT OF COURT,
THIS DESERVES 25 MILLION DOLLARS RESTITUTION! THEY HIRED YOUNG STUPID DOCTOR
WHO HAD NO IDEA WHAT NEEDS TO BE TREATED FIRST, ETC...
ALSO, REPAYMENT FOR FUNERAL, FOR MY EMOTIONAL DAMAGE, I NEED TO BE MEDICATED
TO FUNCTION NORMALLY, IT'S AMAZING SO MUCH HAPPENED SO QUICKLY!
AS IF LIGHTNING HIT MY FAMILY! AS IF NUCLEAR BOMB DROPPED, THEY ARE RIGHTFUL COMPARISONS!
