ABORTION IN AMERICA AND FOUNDING FATHERS By: JAN PAUL LARY LUBEK

        There were few laws on abortion in the United States at the time of 
independence, except the common law adopted from England, which held 
abortion to be legally acceptable if occurring before quickening (movement).
But James Wilson, a framer of the U.S. Constitution did not interpret it that way. The word commencement 
means conception, beginning. Quickening comes much later, therefore 
the notion that founding fathers did not respect life from the beginning 
has been generally misinterpreted over time.

James Wilson who did not envison U.S.A
as being 2 party system since 1830, explained as follows:

        "With consistency, beautiful and undeviating, human life, from 
its commencement to its close is protected by the common law. 
In the contemplation of law, life begins when the infant is first 
able to stir in the womb. By the law, life is protected not only 
from immediate destruction but from every degree of actual 
violence and in some cases, from every degree of danger!"

        This clearly says this guy was pretty much pro life. He also said
from every degree of danger - he was implying that abortion is allowed
only in case of rape, incest, to save mother's life or when fetus is
disfigured or if it's born, will not survive on its own or
anything that is seriously wrong with fetus including genetical malfunctions. 
Today, with advanced medical technology,
mother's life can be saved. Abortion requiring to save mother's life for
whatever reason is very rare. Similarly, abortion could be avoided in general,
it's murder of an innocent child!!!

                What does God say about Abortion?

Jeremiah: 1:5:
"Before I formed you in the womb of your mother I knew you.
Before you were born I set you apart!"

Also check Luke 18:16 about allowing children to come to Jesus. That does not
mean we should kill them so their souls get to him. Jesus was pointing out
how children are important, how they should be properly taken care of because
they are the future of the world. Also Herod's killings many innocent baby & toddler
biy 2 years old & below to be sure the future Messia is dead & will not create problems to Herod's
& Ceaser's powers & authority represents killings of innocent babies thru abortion.

This goes to show that every human being is one original life that does not 
repeat or reincarnate itself, it is the life with unique finger prints.
Every person who has ever lived has differebt finger & toe prints.
Not even twins have same prints.

Sad Fact: In america Alone, the ratio of white women to black women who have abortions
is 4:1; around 900 black babies are killed each day. However, this begs the
question... If those babies were born, who would take care of them until they
reached 21? How many of them would become career criminals, cold-blooder murderers?
Was it better for them to be baptised with their blood & go straight to heaven?

baby and/or family, they are as guilty & as responsible as you are for making
the final decision. You are immediately to ask God & The Unborn Baby for
